Pumpkins

We TOTALLY dropped the ball this year on picking out a pumpkin and carving one. My dad sent us a drawing of a pumpkin with a check that read "Go get a pumpkin!!!!" So tonight, we did. Except everyone stayed in the van and Tyler went up and picked one out. You'll see in the picture below, we didn't have much to choose from being that it was THE DAY BEFORE HALLOWEEN!

So, here ya go: The Cain's carve a pumpkin.

Busy BEEEEES!

Wow. We've had a full plate. This past week Carson hurt his foot running around the house and hasn't been able to walk until Thursday! We're still not quite sure what happened to him, but after Xrays, it's only bruised. Tyler had a minor surgery Friday and is just now today somewhat getting around. He still cannot pick up the kids. My parents came over yesterday to get some baby love and spend some time with the kids. Caroline ended up sleeping in my dad's arms most of the day. He loved it! :)

Carson is now sick, so am I, AND now Tyler is coming down with it. We can't catch a break. You know the saying, when it rains, it pours! Thankfully though, Ila Kate or Caroline have not shown any symptoms! Hooray for that great news!

Caroline is one month!

Caroline is already a month old! I'm not even sure what exactly to say. Seems like yesterday we were sitting in the hospital room waiting to be induced. But what's crazy is that it seems like we've known her forever, as if she's always been apart of our family. She fits right in, that's for sure. And she's a dream come true. She's such a chill, easy going baby. We've had tons of baby love. With time flying by so fast we are so quick to love on her even at a whimper. Carson and Ila Kate just adore her. I'm telling you what, this baby girl is bliss, pure bliss!
